Brett Fallon

Agribusiness Planning Consultant

With a strong background in finance and business management, the opportunity for Brett to partner with a select group of clients is available, to offer the advice and analysis needed to support their business aspirations.
Employed within the agribusiness finance sector for over 15 years, Brett has developed a broad understanding of the complexities of business growth and succession planning.
Brett is renowned in the industry for a level of service that has maintained his position as a key advisor to a full spectrum of agribusiness and commercial clients.
In Brett’s down time he operates a small farm in the Albany area, with the support of his partner and young family. Connection to the land has always been in his blood, with a long-term involvement in the agricultural industry starting at first as a school holiday venture, that later bloomed into a successful and highly regarded business that has withstood over 20 years of industry and genetic fluctuation and consistently attains national level awards and recognition.
Deeply connected to the local community, Brett has volunteered his time and expertise in various roles including the Albany Agricultural Society Inc, Albany Pride Inc, and continues as the current President of the Australian Alpaca Association Ltd
Scott Clements

Grain Marketing Advisor
Bachelor of Agribusiness (Marketing) – Curtin University (Muresk Campus)
Diploma of Meat Management from Victoria University of Technology.
Scott brings over 30 years of agricultural industry experience, a deep knowledge of the grains sector, and a practical understanding of farm business operations, spending his youth on farms around Wongan Hills and Nungarin.
His advisory career started in the meat industry, managing quality, environmental, and transport departments. He then shifted into the grains industry, working with CBH and consulting across the stockfeed and pork sectors, as well as serving as a Main Roads heavy vehicle assessor, engaging with farmers and freight operators from Albany to Kununurra.
From 2013 to 2023, Scott and his wife ran a successful artisan dairy and cheese operation in the Porongurup region. These days, they farm cattle, sheep, hay, and some grain on their property, where Scott remains active in the local community as a volunteer with the Porongurup Bush Fire Brigade and Vice-President of the Mount Barker Tennis Club.
Scott is passionate about working alongside growers to deliver tailored, timely and market-savvy strategies that support the long-term success of their businesses.
Kylie Douglas

Agribusiness Planning Consultant
Bbus (Majoring in Agribusiness and Sustainability) – University of New England
Experienced agribusiness professional with a demonstrated history of commitment to the agricultural industry.
After 20 years working within the industry in various capacities, Kylie has a broad range of knowledge of agricultural practices and industry challenges. Acquiring a Bachelor of Business focused in Agribusiness and Sustainability from University of New England (AU) via correspondent study, Kylie has always been committed first and foremost to practical and lived experience, and as such completed her studies simultaneous to working on first a largescale broad acre cropping farm focused on best practice cropping in conjunction with production of carbon credits, and then a beef feedlot and contract hay and silage production operation.
A strong commitment to community and local industry, Kylie is an active volunteer in the King River Bush Fire Brigade for over 15 years, Treasurer and Board Member of Parklands School Association Incorporated, and Board member of Stirlings to Coast Grower Group.
Kylie’s passion lies in the continued sustainability of the agricultural industry and the people who contribute to it, driving her to provide an exemplary level of service for her clients.
